1. What is the return period?
We will provide a refund on unopened hair extensions within 30 days from the date that you receive your hair extensions.
As human hair extensions are a hygienic product, we do not allow opened items to be returned for the health and safety of our customers. This is an industry standard and many hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened products for the reasons listed above.
2. Do I have to pay to ship back my return?
Yes, you are responsible for the shipping method and cost to send your return. It is recommended that you send your return with a tracking option, as we will request this to confirm receiving the package. Ornami is not responsible for any lost returns.
3. How do I start the process to return?
Returns must be initiated by first sending an email to email@example.com. The subject line must include the word “RETURN” and the order number. For example: RETURN Order #12345. Do not send or ship your item(s) back without first sending this email.
4. Do you refund shipping costs?
We include free standard shipping on all hair purchases as a benefit to our customers. Expedited/Express shipping costs are paid to the carrier (FedEx, USPS, etc) and will not be refunded.
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original form of payment after we have received and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. This process takes between 1-2 business days.
In addition, most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund to reflect on your account statement.
The total process takes between 4-7 business days on average. Please allow the full 7 business days before contacting.
