1. What is the return period?
We will provide a refund within 30 days from the date that you receive your products.
2. Do I have to pay to ship back my return?
Yes, you are responsible for the shipping method and cost to send your return. It is recommended that you send your return with a tracking option, as we will request this to confirm receiving the package. Ornami is not responsible for any lost returns.
3. How do I start the process to return?
Returns must be initiated by first sending an email to email@example.com. The subject line must include the word “RETURN” and the order number. For example: RETURN Order #12345. Do not send or ship your item(s) back without first sending this email.
4. Do you refund shipping costs?
We include free standard shipping on purchases over $75. Expedited/Express shipping costs are paid to the carrier (FedEx, USPS, etc) and will not be refunded.
5. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original form of payment after we have received the returned product(s). This process takes between 1-2 business days.
In addition, most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund to reflect on your account statement.
